The last official HD DVD has been released!!!

No this is a not joke. Summit Entertainment had planned to release the thriller P2 (2007) on HD DVD.

Sadly, with Toshiba's announcement the title never shipped to retailers as planned. However, that does not mean that copies of the HD DVD were not pressed. An entertainment wholesaler has purchased the only lot of titles pressed & boxed direct from Summit Entertainment and is allowing regular consumers to order this film.

I did order a copy and will post my thoughts on it. I just can't believe that this title would be the last HD DVD release ever.
