I check it also but didn't want to 'clog' his thread with opinions but since others are posting I have a complaint..why don't they release the Blu-ray and the 'New' SD versions at the same time?!..like the new 'Sunset Blvd' dvd with new extras[there's a BR coming in 2009]this seems like a marketing ploy so you have to both the blu-ray and the regular dvd!..it's very irritating!.I feel better now!.

Well BD unfortunately does not have the masses which DVD currently has so they must be more careful with their release schedule. If a studio releases a title on the same day on both formats, they have to consider even though consumer A has both formats, he/she may go for the $cheaper$ option.
