Walt Disney Home Entertainment has announced Grey's Anatomy: Season 4 - Expanded on Blu-ray Disc.
The BD will present the high-definition widescreen versions of the episodes remastered in 1080p and PCM 5.1 lossless. The HD television broadcasts are 720p with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround sound.
