Since some of the recent posts disappeared and for benefit of any new readers, I thought we could revive everyone's "want list." Fortunately some that were on my previous list, have made their way to DVD - though not many.

Amateur Night At The Dixie Bar & Grill (1979 made-for-TV movie)
Boys In The Band (1970)
Breaking All The Rules (1985)
Delivery Boys (1984)
Happy Birthday, Gemini (1980)
Late For Dinner (1991)
Legend Of Billie Jean (1985)
Mad Magician (1954)
Miracle Of The Bells (1948)
Norman, Is That You? (1976)
Return To Macon County (1975)
Spring Break (1983)
Tribes (1970)
Where The Boys Are '84 (1984)
The Wild Life (1984)

A few more I might add later. These are the main ones I'm hopeing for.

Yeah....along with that "Motel Hell." Wonder if "Plan 9 From Outer Space" will be released on Blue Ray?

Oh...and thanks. (I guess?)

Good vs. Evil

The Dark Secret of Harvest Home mini-series

(Hey, I like Motel Hell. I have it on the Midnite Movie double feature with the excellent Deranged.) :)

Motel Hell is a classic..."It takes all kinds of critters to make Farmer Vincent fritters"

I'm still waiting for "Jekyll & Hyde...together again". I have the VHS tape from Paramount but I'm not sure if they still have the rights or not.

I would also like "Tales from the Darkside" the TV series on DVD. I mean come on if Swamp Thing the series can get released why can't this.

Actually I already have "Motel Hell". That was supposed to be a tongue-in-cheek remark as was the bit about "Plan 9". :)

I really like Waxwork. Waxwork II is a hoot (and has Bruce Campbell!)

I wish they would release a Region 1 Phantasm box set.

I was thinking....Phantasm II is 20 years old this year. So maybe Anchor Bay will surprise us and get the rights and release this.

Child's Play celebrates it's 20th Ann. also this year. It will probably come out near Halloween with the rest of the annual MGM Halloween releases.

Yep, I've read over at Gorezone that there WILL be a 20th Anniversary Child's Play edition this year. I believe Tom Holland talked about recording the commentary for it last year, so a release has already been set in motion. It's the only Child's Play film I really enjoy. Although, I've only seen parts 1-3. The last 2 looked like comedies, so I completely skipped them, like I did with the last couple of Nightmare on Elm Street movies.

Movies I'd like to see on DVD:

Pretty Maids All In A Row (Screenplay by Gene Roddenberry).
Harry In Your Pocket (James Coburn).
Skullduggery (Burt Reynolds 1970).
The Midnight Man (Burt Lancaster 1974).

The Doberman Gang.

And 1 from the early '80's:

Trust (Directed by Hal Hartley).

Harvest Home was great - really disturbing for a young man in the throws of puberty ;)

Did they ever release that tv miniseries of Jack the Ripper with Michael Caine (I think?)....

That Motel Hell and Deranged set was great!

I didn't realize it was out of print. I've had this title on DVD for years. I watch it ever so often.

"Matinee" was released years ago by Image as a barebones DVD but has gone out of print since, of course. It was a fun little flick that I wouldn't mind seeing again myself.

I finally got sick of waiting and got one on Ebay for $26 which was a bit low because it was listed as a region 0 disc which I think scared some people off but I noticed in the seller's picture of the case that it was a region 1. I took the chance and it came in two days official release and in great condition.
